There are about 600 current residential homes and the neighborhood is completely built. Currently due to uniformity standards the area is determined by the county auditors designation. Several years ago Realtor’s listed homes for sale in Polo Fields as being in Eastgate or Mount Carmel. Many homes very close to this neighborhood of Polo Fields are in West Clermont Local School district. It is in Milford School District but not in Milford city limits or Milford 45150 Zip code. It is inside the I-275 interstate loop but is not in Hamilton County. Polo Fields has an Anderson Township Zip code but is Not in Anderson Township. Now that I live Union township, many people look at me and say “Where is that?” Polo Fields is in Union Township, in Clermont county.
